Surface Finishing

The following are the various types of mould finishes offered based on the client’s needs and the final piece surface:

Assembly and Adjustments

The assembly and the adjustments of the moulds are done by highly specialised workers in a dedicated division equipped with sophisticated tools and machineries suitable for both assembly and welding.
The company is able to weld the following materials: cast iron, stainless steel and aluminium with Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) and Continuous Wire welding torch.

Dimensional Control

Pagani S.r.l. invested in a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) for dimensional measurement of components. Therefore, the company can guarantee and certify the quality and the tolerances of the manufactured moulds or the final piece supporting the client during its post-production stage.
This machine has a large volume measuring capability and a high level of accuracy, with a maximum size measurement in mm of 3000 x 2000 x 1500.
